At GlobeWest Outlet, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your designer furniture; however, as we sell clearance and floor stock, returns are generally limited to items that are faulty or significantly different from their description. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing as many items are sold 'as is' due to their outlet nature.

Return Process

    Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of any issues or defects with your furniture.

    Provide Documentation

    Submit high-resolution photographs of the item, including close-ups of any faults and the original packaging, to help our team assess your claim.

    Assessment and Approval

    Our quality control team will review your submission to determine if the item qualifies for a return, repair, or replacement based on Australian Consumer Law.

    Arrange Collection

    Once approved, we will coordinate a professional courier to collect the item from your location or provide instructions for a drop-off at our warehouse.
