What is the condition of the items sold at GlobeWest Outlet?
Our items include floor stock, discontinued lines, and samples. While most are in excellent condition, some may have minor imperfections which are reflected in the significantly discounted price.
Do you offer delivery for furniture purchases?
Yes, we offer professional furniture delivery services across most metropolitan areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
As an outlet store offering clearance pricing, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing a purchase.
Is there a warranty on outlet products?
All GlobeWest Outlet products come with a 12-month structural warranty. Please note this does not cover normal wear and tear or pre-existing imperfections disclosed at the time of sale.
Can I see the furniture in person before buying?
You can visit our physical showroom locations to view current floor stock. However, please note that online inventory moves quickly and specific items may sell out before your visit.
